Shipping & Delivery YIBIX™ uses UPS® or USPS® for all deliveries, and includes a tracking number for each order (if available). Generally, a signature is not required for delivery. If provided, you may check the status of your package in transit via your account, or by visiting our "Orders and Returns" page.
Privacy & Security Every order placed with us uses state-of-the-art 256 bit encryption to protect every detail about your order. We do not sell, trade or use your personal information other than for fullfillment of orders, or issues that may arise therefrom. Returns & Replacements Every product carries a thirty (30) day return guarantee. If for any reason, you may return your product to us within thirty (30) days from your order's delivery date for a full refund (less shipping & handling). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All products are "NEW," unless otherwise noted. Any returned product to be considered for a refund must be returned in new condition, and cannot be damaged or considered used in any way. Any software, or the like, in form of DVD, CD, Blu-Ray Disc, or similar form, is non-returnable if opened - exchanges may be available for the same product under special circumstances. If your order is shipped incorrectly, please email customer service for your options. YIBIX is not responsible for products damaged during shipping - any claims of such must be filed with the shipping carrier.
Ordering We've tried to think of every easy way for you to order from us. From one-click add to cart options, to simple, easy to read checkout screens. If for any reason you are unable to place an order from us, please contact customer service to place your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us. Payments should read Sq *YIBIX on your credit card statement. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover only. Denied credit cards will reflect so in order tracking of 'Account,' and may be followed up with a call to the ordering party by a representative of YIBIX. Pricing mistakes can occur. If you encounter something that appears to be inccorrect, please email customer service and report the issue in detail. YIBIX is not responsible for pricing, informational or image errors, but will make every effort that these errors do not occur. Occasionally, YIBIX may send promotional material after orders are placed, including coupons or discount codes. Unless otherwise noted, these coupons are valid once per person per household. Discount or coupon codes may be deducted from your order during checkout. Promotions void where prohibited by law.
